Join me for a relaxing chair yoga class. Chair yoga is a terrific way to experience all the benefits of yoga: deeper sleep, improved flexibility, better posture, along with a sense of calm and well-being, just to name a few. The focus for our time together will be to feel better in our bodies and more peaceful in our minds. This class is accessible to all levels of physical activity and you only need a chair.
